We’ve been impressed by this local business! We had a dire situation with a tenant and, following a haz-mat clean out, we needed a revamp. Other contractors were non responsive, one had his own vision to fully remodel the entire space then never got back to us with estimates. Quaid was different! He saw what we were trying to do, was here when he said he would be, and is highly conscientious of his subcontractors. He listened to ideas, problem solved and even used his knowledge and creativity to make the space better than we thought it could be.
